Concrete Cultivation - Sour Michigan

Strain Name: Sour Michigan

Genetics

Sour Michigan is a sativa-leaning hybrid commonly associated with AJ’s Sour Diesel × Pure Michigan 2.0. Cultivated by Concrete Cultivation, this flower brings together the unmistakable sour fuel character of classic Sour Diesel with the modern resin production and distinctive funk of Pure Michigan. The result is a terpene-rich cultivar with an old-school diesel foundation and a polished contemporary finish.

Aroma and Flavor

Sour Michigan presents a pungent blend of sour citrus, skunky diesel, and earthy funk. Breaking apart the flower reveals sharper notes of lime peel, fuel, and subtle orchard fruit layered over a deep, gassy base. On the inhale, tart citrus and sour diesel take the lead, followed by earthy skunk and a lingering fuel-forward finish. The profile is bold and persistent, offering a modern expression of the classic sour cannabis character.

Effects and Benefits

Sour Michigan typically begins with an uplifting cerebral effect that can promote a brighter mood, mental engagement, and creative energy. As the experience develops, the Pure Michigan influence introduces a steadier sense of physical relaxation, creating a balanced transition from cerebral stimulation into comfortable body ease. This makes Sour Michigan well suited for afternoon sessions, creative pursuits, music, social settings, or relaxed evening use. Individual effects may vary depending on tolerance, dose, and body chemistry.

Note on THC:

Keep in mind that every individual’s experience can differ. The rich terpene profile present in our products ensures that the flavor and consequently the effects can vary widely from person to person. The compounds responsible for the distinctive taste are the true drivers behind the nuanced high, proving that the sensory experience of smoking is just as significant as the potency itself.
